Bachelor of Business (Accounting and Computing)
Course Overview
This degree is well suited to students who are passionate about computing, but also require a solid understanding of accounting principles for business success. Only students who perform well in the first year of study will be allowed to take the second major.
Who should do this course?
Accounting and Computing complement each other. Build a career with the knowledge in both accounting and computing by taking this two in one course.
Practical Experience
Four weeks of practical workplace experience in the middle of the third and fourth year of the Bachelor of Business degree.

Professional Recognition
Students enrolled in this course can be junior members of CPA PNG.

Examples include managing computer/management information systems in government or business/industry, database designers, data analysts, project managers, programmers, computer network managers, systems or application programmer, systems analyst, database designer, database administrator, internet marketer, consultant, information technology manager, systems analysis and design, development of software or data communication systems, web development and ecommerce, technical positions in e-business and internet.
