School of Arts and Humanities
The School of Arts and Humanities offers courses that prepare students for employment in the public service, government, private and development agencies.

School of Business
The School of Business at PAU provides courses to students in a selection of disciplines from a number of campuses across the Pacific and is recognised as a leader in the discipline. The School of Business has affiliations and professional relationships with a number of organisations such as CPA PNG.
Students have the option of the following courses:
- Diploma in Business (Accounting)
- Bachelor of Business (Accounting)
- Bachelor of Business (Accounting and Computing)
- Bachelor of Business (Accounting and Management)
School of Education
The School of Education at PAU offers a range of courses to students in a selection of disciplines from a number of campuses across the Pacific and is recognised as a leader in the discipline.
Students have the option of the following courses:
School of Health Science
Currently Pacific Adventist University (PAU) is the only institution offering the Bachelor of Nursing (4 years) pre-service program in Papua New Guinea (PNG).
- Bachelor of Nursing
- Bachelor of Midwifery
School of Science and Technology
The School of Science and Technology provides courses to students in a wide range of disciplines. The school is also responsible for the Science content subjects in the School of Education. The Principle areas of study include biology, chemistry, mathematics and physics. These may be taken as a combination of majors and minors for a Bachelor of Science Degree.
School of Theology
The School of Theology at PAU provides courses to students in a selection of disciplines from a number of campuses across the Pacific, equipping students with the skills and experience needed for ministry.
Students have the option of the following courses:
